 Art consultor is the name I found (actually a good business friend gave it to me) to explain briefly how to develop a project to train the creative minds of business managers and teams.
These are projects where painting is used to develop a creative output, This process allows to have a more abstract perception of the world from the group participating in it, allowing to achieve better business results for the individual and for the group.
